Crispy cookies with nut topping and a sweet jam center.
Delicious homemade cookies with a nutty crust and a sweet center. Any nuts will do (almonds, walnuts, peanuts). They need to be crushed in a blender. You can also use any jam you like. We will make cookies with jam from shortcrust pastry. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance.

Butter - 100 g
Sugar - 50 g
Chicken egg (white) - 1 pc.
Wheat flour - 180 g
Jam - 70 g
Nuts - 70 g
Vanilla - optional

1. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg white and a couple drops of vanilla and beat again.
2. Sift the flour. Mix quickly to form a homogeneous dough. There is no need to knead anything.
3. Roll the dough into balls the size of a walnut. Roll in nuts.
4. Make a depression in the center.
5. Bake cookies at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes, no need to overbake. Let the cookies be pale. Place a teaspoon of jam in the middle of the hot cookies. Let cool. Cookies with jam are ready for tasting!
