I prepare this roll for almost all holidays, and sometimes on weekdays.
Firstly, it is very tasty, and secondly, it is beautiful. It will take some time to prepare, but the result is worth it. And it's also dietary. A little patience, and as a result you will get a very tasty, unusual and beautiful dish. It can be served as a main dish or as a cold appetizer. Let's start preparing a roll of chicken legs, broccoli and carrots.
Ингредиенты
Chicken legs - 2 pcs.
Carrots - 1 pc. (long)
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Gelatin - 2 tsp.
Salt - to taste
Pepper h/m - to taste
Broccoli - 1 pc. (small)
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

1. To prepare the roll, we will need the products indicated in the list.
2. Cut the chicken leg lengthwise from the inside and separate the bone from the meat.
3. Lightly beat the meat, lay it out overlapping, add salt and pepper, sprinkle with gelatin and put it in the refrigerator to marinate well.
4. Pour the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a whisk until the white and yolk combine. Lightly salt.
5. Fry a thin omelette in a large frying pan. Cool and place on meat.
6. Place broccoli tightly in the middle along the omelette.
7. Cut the carrots into thin strips and lay them out lengthwise, parallel to the broccoli.
8. The most difficult thing is to roll the roll and tie it. It is advisable to have an assistant.
9. Wrap the roll in a baking sleeve and send it to boil in boiling water for 1 hour.
10. Cool the finished roll under pressure. We did this between two cutting boards in a deep sink. A saucepan was placed on top, into which 1.5 liters of water was poured (press). It was impossible to photograph our structure, since only a pot of water was visible. Remove from the refrigerator and cut.
