Marinated cauliflower with beets for the winter is an excellent option for a fragrant and tasty snack that is suitable for any feast. Preparing the appetizer couldn't be easier; here we'll pour boiling water over the ingredients twice, then prepare the marinade. There will be no additional sterilization; this moment makes the process easier for many. In winter, cabbage and beets can be served with various cereals, meat, poultry, etc.
Prepare everything according to the list. Wash the half-liter jar well and sterilize.

Cauliflower – 250-300 g
Beets – 1 pc.
Bay leaf – 1-2 pcs.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Salt – 1 tsp.
Sugar – 1 tsp.
Peppercorns – 2 pcs.
Allspice – 1 pc.
Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp.
Water – 250 ml

1. Wash the cabbage, peel and wash the beets. Cut vegetables into arbitrary pieces.
2. Place bay leaf, peppers, and peeled garlic into a sterile jar.
3. Fill the jar with beets and cabbage, alternating layers.
4. Pour boiling water over the vegetables, wrap them up and leave them alone for 15 minutes. After a while, drain the water, bring to a boil and return to the jar.
5. Leave the vegetables in boiling water again for 15 minutes.
6. Drain the water into the pan for the last time, add salt and sugar - cook for a minute, add vinegar.
7. Return the marinade to the vegetables, immediately roll up with a sterile lid and place bottom up. Wrap the jar in a blanket and leave for a day. After a while, transfer the snack to the pantry. Pickled cauliflower with beets is ready for the winter.
