I bake pies like this on ready-made puff pastry very often! What kind of dishes have I tried, meat, vegetable, sweet with fruits and cottage cheese, etc. Today I have prepared a recipe for a juicy meat pie made from puff pastry with raw minced meat and herbs.

Ready puff pastry - 500 g
Minced pork and beef – 600 g
Onions – 2 pcs.
Greens – 1 bunch
Paprika – 1 tsp.
Turmeric – 1 tsp.
Salt and black pepper - to taste
Hot chili pepper - 1/2 pcs.

1. Prepare the filling for our pie. My meat has already been rolled into minced meat through the middle grill. It consists of pork and beef, approximately 1:1. Peel the onions, wash them and cut them into small cubes.
2. Place minced meat in a bowl, add chopped onion and chopped herbs.
3. Add spices - paprika, turmeric, salt and ground black pepper. Stir.
4. Roll out 2/3 of the puff pastry into a layer approximately 1 cm thick and the size of our mold, taking into account the sides. Line the baking dish with baking paper. Place a layer of dough into the mold...
5. ... and fill it evenly with filling. Roll out the rest of the dough into a layer and cover our pie with it. We pinch the edges of the dough layers.
6. For extra piquancy and spiciness, I added pieces of chopped chili pepper. Roll out the rest of the dough into a layer and cover our pie with it. We pinch the edges of the dough layers.
7. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees, about 30 minutes (depend on your oven) and don’t forget to preheat the oven!
8. You can go to the market today for ready-made puff pastry and treat yourself to such a super juicy meat pie!
