Yes, very simple! I offer you a recipe for making Lenten gingerbread with jam in a slow cooker - my family’s favorite recipe. The finished baked goods are aromatic and slightly moist. You can use jam to suit your taste, but I prefer jam with sourness, such as blackcurrant.

Ингредиенты

Dough:

Water – 1.5 cups

Black tea in bags – 10 pcs.

Honey – 4 tbsp.

Sugar – 1 glass

Wheat flour – 2.5 cups

Vegetable oil – 1 cup

Soda – 1.5 tsp.

Additionally:

Vegetable oil – 1 tsp.

Jam (I used blackcurrant) – 2/3 cup

Glass – 240 ml

1. Bring the water to a boil. I pour boiling water over the tea bags and let it brew for a while.

2. I take the tea bags out of the water and squeeze out the remaining tea from the bags. I add honey to the tea leaves and stir until it is completely dissolved.

3. Sift the flour together with soda.

4. Add vegetable oil and sugar to the bowl with flour.

5. Then pour in the tea and honey mixture.

6. Using a mixer, beat the dough until the lumps of flour disappear. The result is a tender dough, very similar in appearance to boiled condensed milk.

7. Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it.

8. Place the bowl of dough in the multicooker.

9. Close the lid and turn on the “Baking” program for 60 minutes. You may need a little more or less time, it depends on the characteristics of the multicooker.

10. I take out the bowl with the gingerbread and leave it for about 10 minutes. Then I take out the baked goods and let them cool.

11. I cut the fluffy gingerbread into 2 parts.

12. Grease the bottom cake with some of the jam.

13. Cover with the top crust.

14. Grease the top of the baked goods with the remaining jam.

15. The Lenten gingerbread with jam baked in a slow cooker is ready to serve!
