Ингредиенты

Fresh mackerel - 1 pc.

Bay leaf - 1 pc.

Sugar - 1/2 tsp.

Salt - 1.5 tbsp.

Ground coriander - 1/2 tsp.

Ground pepper - 1/2 tsp.

Рецепт

1. First, gut the mackerel, remove the gills and rinse thoroughly, dry with a paper towel, and place on parchment.

2. Prepare a mixture of salt, sugar, coriander and pepper.

3. Rub the mackerel with the spicy mixture on all sides and inside.

4. Place a bay leaf in the belly.

5. Wrap in parchment, place on a plate and refrigerate for 20-24 hours. After the specified time, dry salting of mackerel is completely completed. Cut the fish into pieces and serve with boiled potatoes.
