Ингредиенты

Apples - 500-600 g

Kefir – 300 ml

Ground cinnamon - to taste

Honey - to taste

Mint - 1 sprig for serving (optional)

Рецепт

1. Wash the cooled apples thoroughly, remove the seed pods and cut into large pieces. If desired, you can also peel the apples.

2. Place the apple pieces in a blender bowl and pour in the cooled kefir. Beat everything for 2-3 minutes until smooth.

3. Add a little ground cinnamon and honey to taste. Beat for another 1-2 minutes.

4. Pour the drink into glasses, add straws and serve.

5. Smoothie made from kefir and apples is ready. If desired, garnish each serving with a pinch of ground cinnamon and/or mint leaves.
