Pumpkin cookies

Baked goods with added fiber are healthier than just baked goods. I equally enjoy all kinds of cookies and muffins with both fruits and vegetables, such as pumpkin.
pumpkin is a mega-healthy product! I want to show two versions of cookies: in this recipe, baked pumpkin, and in the next recipe, raw pumpkin. Not everyone loves the taste of pumpkin... But adding spices (vanilla, cinnamon, etc.) increases the chances that even non-pumpkin lovers will join your tea party
Ингредиенты
Premium flour (or different) - 1.5 cups
Pumpkin - about 200 g
White or brown sugar - 50-75 g
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
Vanilla sugar - 0.5 tsp. (optional)
Ground cinnamon - up to 1 tsp. (taste)
Salt - 1 pinch

1. Peel a piece of pumpkin from the peel and seeds, cut it into pieces and bake in the oven or quickly in the microwave.
2. Then take the specified amount, i.e. 200 grams.
3. Grind into a coarse puree, i.e. not into a homogeneous mass, but with pieces, manually using a crusher or in a blender. Pour in vegetable oil and stir.
4. Add sugar, flour with baking powder and salt and spices.
5. Stir and knead into a soft dough.
You may need more or less flour, depending on the juiciness of the pumpkin.
6. With wet hands, form small balls about the size of a walnut, keeping them round or flatten if desired. Place the pieces on a baking sheet, greased with metal, silicone or covered with baking paper.
7. Bake pumpkin cookies at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes depending on their size.
8. Fragrant and healthy pumpkin cookies are ready. Enjoy your tea!
