Banana cookies

I suggest baking tender and delicious banana cookies. It turns out very soft and fragrant.
When baking, you will feel the banana aroma hovering around and of course, when tasting the cookies, you will certainly feel this aroma too. Cookies are great for home tea with friends.
Ингредиенты
Wheat flour - 320-340 g
Banana - 1 pc.
Butter - 100 g
Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Honey - 1 tbsp. l.
Egg - 1 pc.
Soda - 0.5 tsp.
Vinegar - 1-2 tsp.
Рецепт
1. Break the banana into pieces, put it in a blender, add the egg and soft butter. Beat well.
2. Transfer the mixture into a container for kneading dough. Add sugar, honey and slaked soda (in vinegar). Mix.
3. Gradually add flour.
4. The dough should be dense, not sticky to your hands, but soft. Wrap it in film and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
5. Then take it out, roll it out to a thickness of 3-4 mm and cut it out using cutters. This time I wanted to make small ones, one bite size.
6. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and place cookies at small intervals. It will “grow” upward.
7. Bake cookies at 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes until the top is slightly golden.
8. Cool the cookies and can be served with tea or coffee. Or you can do it with milk, it’s also delicious!
