Crispy breadsticks are a great snack or addition to any meal.

This was my first time making breadsticks. It turns out it's delicious. You can simply “crunch” these sticks, you can eat them with coffee or tea, and as an addition to any dish, I think they are suitable.

For testing, I selected yeast-free dough. Products are affordable and always available in the house. You can use your favorite spices and seasonings to top these sticks.

We will need such products.

Ингредиенты

Wheat flour - 220 g

Vegetable oil - 50 g

Salt - 1 tsp.

Water (warm) - 100 ml

Additionally - dry garlic, sesame seeds, salt, Provençal and Italian herbs

Рецепт

1. Sift flour into a bowl and add salt. Pour out the water and oil.

2. Knead the dough.

3. Wrap the dough in film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

4. Roll out the dough and cut into strips.

5. Twist the strips and place them on a baking sheet with a mat or paper. Brush with water and sprinkle with spices.

6. Bake bread sticks at 180 degrees until golden brown. Approximately 15 minutes.
