Lenten food can be light, tasty and very healthy.
Therefore, during the fasting period, we prepare a simple and quick breakfast of gluten-free pancakes with oatmeal. A ripe banana will not only add flavor and aroma to the pancakes, but also make them more sticky.
Ингредиенты
Oatmeal - 100 g
Rice flour - 3 tbsp.
Oat milk - 200-250 g
Salt - a pinch
Stevia - 1 tbsp.
Banana - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - for frying

1. Take the necessary ingredients to prepare lean oat pancakes from oat and rice flour with oat milk.
2. Peel a ripe large banana, break it, put it in a deep bowl, and mash until smooth using a mashed potato masher.
3. Add oatmeal, add rice flour in small heaps, add stevia or any sweetener and a pinch of salt.
4. Pour in oat milk little by little and immediately knead the dough, it should turn out quite thick, like regular pancakes. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes before baking.
5. Pour a little vegetable oil into the frying pan, add two tablespoons of dough and bake the pancakes on both sides until cooked, about a minute or two on each side over moderate heat. Lean oat pancakes with rice flour are prepared quite quickly.
