1. Before you cook “Five Minutes” blackcurrant jam for the winter, prepare the products according to the list.

3. Add sugar to the berries and mix.

4. Over low heat with constant stirring until the berry gives juice, bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes from the moment it boils.
