There are many cooking options, but today I suggest choosing an unusual option - diet pancakes. In this recipe we will not use flour, salt and sugar. The main products will be banana and eggs. Pancakes are thin, low-sweet and low-fat.

To prepare diet pancakes with banana, take the following products.

Baking powder - 7 g

3. Add chopped banana to the beaten eggs. Mix well. If desired, you can add a little honey.

4. Heat the frying pan well and grease it with sunflower oil. Spoon small portions of the dough close to each other, as the dough is liquid and will spread when frying. Fry over low heat until golden brown.

5. Then carefully turn it over to the other side and continue frying. They are very fragile, you need to turn them over with two spatulas.
