Most often, desserts and sweet dishes are prepared from cottage cheese, but I suggest preparing a savory snack from cottage cheese with garlic and herbs. It's easy and quick to prepare. There are several options for serving this snack: you can serve it as a spread on toast, crackers, biscuits, bread or croutons, you can stuff it with tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, halves of eggs, tartlets, or you can form balls and serve on lettuce leaves. The main thing is to prepare the base, and the rest is a matter of your imagination.

Cottage cheese (5% or 9%) - 250 g
Garlic - 1-2 medium cloves
Greens (dill, parsley, green onions, cilantro) - to taste
Sour cream - 30-40 g
Salt - to taste
Pepper, h.m. - taste

1. Wash the dill, dry it, separate the branches from the stem and chop finely.
2. Place the cottage cheese in a deep bowl, mash with a fork or rub through a sieve.
3. Add sour cream and chopped dill or other herbs you like, mix.
4. Add garlic, which can be grated on a fine grater or passed through a press. If you don't like spicy dishes, you can adjust the amount of garlic to your taste. Now add salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly.
