It's no surprise that open-faced pies (called galettes) have been very popular lately. Even a beginner can prepare such pastries, and the taste will not be inferior to any difficult-to-prepare pie. In addition, they are very versatile - equally good for breakfast and dinner.
Today we are preparing an open pie with cheese and egg... To prepare the dough, you must immediately prepare the ingredients according to the list.
Ингредиенты
Wheat flour – 200 g
Butter – 100 g
Water – 4 tbsp.
Salt - a pinch
Hard cheese – 100 g
Chicken eggs – 4 pcs.
Greek yogurt – 2 tbsp.
Green onions – bunch
Salt - to taste
Additionally:
Yolk – 1 pc.
Sesame - to taste

1. Grind flour, butter and salt into crumbs.
2. Pour in cold water and quickly knead into a homogeneous dough.
3. Form into a ball, wrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Prepare the ingredients for the pie filling.
5. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
6. Hard-boil eggs (3 pcs.) and chop finely.
7. Add finely chopped green onions, cheese, Greek yogurt, raw egg, salt and mix well.
8. Roll out the finished dough into a circle, distribute the filling and fold the edges.
9. Brush the edges of the pie with yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
