3. Pour hot water into the cauldron, add salt and boil the vermicelli for about 5 minutes - it will cook quickly, but it is better to check the pasta cooking time on its packaging!

4. At this time, crack a chicken egg into a bowl or bowl, add salt and pepper, and beat. If you are preparing a dish for children, remove ground black pepper from the list of ingredients.

5. Add the beaten egg in a thin stream into the boiled vermicelli, immediately stirring the entire mass so that the egg is evenly distributed throughout it. Simmer the dish on the stove for another 1 minute.
