Another such pie can easily be called a lazy cabbage pie with kefir - you quickly mix everything, add any filling and after 40 minutes of baking, a delicious treat is ready.

Kefir - 300 ml

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Vegetable oil - 70 ml

Flour - 1.5 cups

Salt - 1 tsp.

Sugar - 1 tsp.

Soda - 1 tsp.

For filling:

Cabbage - 250 g

Onion - 1 pc.

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Oil for frying

Salt - to taste

Spices - to taste

1. Shred the cabbage, chop the onion and fry them in vegetable oil until soft.

2. Add chopped boiled eggs, salt, spices and herbs as desired. Let's mix. The cabbage pie filling is ready.

3. For the dough, mix eggs and kefir.

4. Add oil.

5. Then pour in flour, salt and sugar, mix thoroughly, add soda at the end, there is no need to extinguish it, as kefir will extinguish it.

6. Grease the mold with oil and pour out half of the dough. For these proportions, a mold with a diameter of 20-22 cm is best suited.

7. Spread the filling evenly.

8. Pour the second half of the dough on top.

9. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and cook for another half hour.

10. Pourable pie with cabbage is good both warm and cooled.
