So when you think about what to cook for breakfast, use this recipe, especially since it requires very few ingredients.

Chicken egg - 4 pcs.

Milk - 180 ml

Butter - 5 g

Wheat flour - 1 tsp.

1. To prepare an egg casserole like in kindergarten, we will use flour, but to prevent lumps from forming after adding it, we will do the following: mix wheat flour with a small amount of milk from the total volume to a homogeneous mass.

2. Then break the eggs into a bowl.

3. Add a pinch of salt and stir well with a fork.

4. Now add flour diluted in milk and mix.

5. Then pour all the milk into the egg mixture and shake well. By the way, for egg casserole it is enough to mix all the ingredients with a fork, but it is not even advisable to beat with a mixer. And also, to make it easier to understand how to calculate the amount of products for a casserole of larger or smaller volume, you need to remember a simple proportion: take 45 ml of milk for one chicken egg. From this amount of products we got two large portions of egg casserole, just like in kindergarten.

6. Grease the pan in which we will bake the egg casserole with a piece of butter.

7. Pour the mixture of eggs and milk into the mold and place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the casserole for about 20 minutes, depending on your oven.

8. The finished casserole will rise and brown. We take it out and let it cool a little.

9. After cooling, you can cut into portions and serve.

10. This quantity makes three children's servings or two adult servings. I definitely recommend making this casserole for breakfast or an afternoon snack. It's fast, easy and delicious!
