Baked apples in the oven

Every schoolchild can handle baking apples, and it’s quite convenient!
You can just get up early and prepare a very healthy and dietary breakfast for your loved ones and family in half an hour. Everyone is free to choose for themselves the variety of apples that suits their taste, but I will take different ones so that you can choose. When baking these fruits, I traditionally add honey and raisins - I don’t like regular baked apples in the oven. But if you don't like sugary treats, limit the addition of sweets.
Anticipating statements that honey is not heated, I’ll say right away - it tastes better to me! And I don’t steam raisins in boiling water in advance, but when cooking for children, it’s still better to soak them in hot water for 10-15 minutes before starting to bake the fruit.
So, wash the rosy apples in water very thoroughly and dry them with a towel.

Apples - 3 pcs.
Honey - 3 tsp.
Raisins - 30-50 g

1. Take a knife and cut out the cores of each apple, but be very careful not to pierce the fruit through - then the honey will flow out through the hole during baking. Rinse the apples in water again.
2. Pour raisins into the cores to the top and place the filled apples in a baking dish.
3. Seal each fruit with honey. Although I say “seal,” the honey will actually melt and be absorbed into the apple pulp.
4. Place the form with fruit in the oven for 30 minutes at 200C. The apple peel should wrinkle and the juice should bubble.
5. Place the baked apples cooked in the oven on a serving plate or saucer. Serve hot - they are incredibly fragrant and tasty, and especially the raisins!
