Coffee panna cotta is prepared in almost the same way as regular one - in 1-2 hours. This time includes cooling the dessert in the refrigerator. You can speed up this process by placing the coffee panna cotta in the freezer for 20-30 minutes, but the main thing is not to forget it there so that the delicacy does not freeze completely!

Panna cotta with ground coffee will taste more bitter, so it is advisable to add a little more sugar than for a dessert made from instant coffee.

Cream can be used at 10%, 15%, 20%, and vanilla sugar can be replaced with vanilla flavoring.

Ингредиенты

Instant coffee - 1 tsp.

Sugar - 3 tbsp.

Water - 50 ml

Gelatin - 8 g

Cream 10% - 350 ml

Vanilla sugar - 2 pinches

1. Pour the cream into a saucepan or ladle, heat to about 80-90 degrees, but do not boil.

2. Add vanilla and regular sugar, add gelatin and stir thoroughly. Leave for 10 minutes to allow the gelatin to swell and stir again until it is completely dissolved in the cream.

3. Boil water and brew coffee, stir until no grains remain. If you are preparing a drink from ground coffee, be sure to strain it through a fine-mesh strainer.

4. Pour coffee into cream and stir. Pour into glasses, cups or other molds and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. The smaller the mold for the coffee panna cotta, the faster the dessert will harden in it.

5. After hardening, the coffee panna cotta can be served, garnishing it to your liking with whipped cream, coconut flakes, etc.
