Homemade “Chocolate” protein shake made from natural ingredients is an easy-to-prepare, healthy and tasty addition to the diet of a person actively involved in sports or leading a healthy lifestyle. Prepared on the basis of milk and cottage cheese, supplemented with a small amount of nuts, cocoa and honey, the cocktail turns out to be nutritious, healthy and light and has a very appetizing chocolate taste. Ингредиенты
Cottage cheese 0% – 250 g
Milk 1% – 350 g
Cocoa powder – 2-3 tbsp. (taste)
Walnuts – 5 pcs.
Honey – 2-3 tsp. (optional)
Banana – 0.5-1 pcs. (optional)
Ice - 2-3 cubes (optional)
Рецепт
1. Place cottage cheese in a blender bowl. Add milk and beat everything for a few minutes until smooth.
2. Add cocoa powder, 5 shelled walnuts and, if desired, a banana cut into large pieces. Whisk for a few more minutes until the cocoa dissolves.
3. For sweetness, add a little honey to taste.
4. Pour the drink into a glass. Add 1-2 ice cubes if desired.
5. “Chocolate” protein shake is ready. The finished cocktail (entire portion) contains on average: protein - 73.15 g, fat 30.91 g, carbohydrates - 78.07 g. The final volume of the cocktail is 750-800 ml. Bon appetit.
