I cooked from defrosted because it is more accessible. The thickness of the tuna steak should be 2-3 cm. You will need lemon for both marinating and serving. About salt. I came across different recipes. In some, tuna preparations are salted during marinating, in others - before frying. Which is better, I find it difficult to say, I didn’t catch the difference. Lemon - 1 pc.
Olive oil - 1 tbsp.

1. Rub the fish with salt and sprinkle with lemon juice.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and marinate for 20-30 minutes, during which time turn the pieces over once.
3. Heat a frying pan, preferably a grill pan. Grill tuna steaks for 3 minutes on each side.
4. Then remove from heat and cover for a few minutes with foil or, for example, a microwave dome if there is no special lid.
5. Traditional tuna steak turns out pink when cut.
