I bring to your attention wonderful coconut cheesecakes with banana, which are very popular in my family. These cheesecakes are incredibly tender, since they do not contain a drop of flour. Flour is used only for breading. A slice of banana is placed in the middle of each cheesecake, and when finished it looks like these cheesecakes are filled with cream. I highly recommend making these delicious cheesecakes!
To prepare cheesecakes, you should prepare all the products according to the list. Cottage cheese must be used soft and dry.
Ингредиенты
Banana - 1 pc.
Cottage cheese - 280 g
Coconut flakes - 40 g
Sugar - 3 tbsp.
Salt - a pinch
Vanillin - 1 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Wheat flour - for breading
Sunflower oil - for frying

1. Place cottage cheese in a bowl, add sugar, vanillin and salt. Mash the mixture well with a fork.
2. Break an egg into a bowl and combine it with the curd mass.
3. Next, pour in the coconut shavings, stir and leave the mixture for 20 minutes. Cut the banana into thick slices, at least 1 cm in size. Place about a tablespoon of curd mass on your palm, place a banana slice on top, pressing slightly, and cover with a little curd mass, smoothing it with your palms.
4. Immediately dust each formed cheesecake with flour and place it on a board, which should also be sprinkled with flour.
5. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the cheesecakes and fry until the underside is browned.
6. Carefully turn the cheesecakes over and fry on the other side.
