A popular beet salad appetizer in beautiful tartlets.

To prepare the salad quickly, just before the event, you can boil (or bake) and cool the beets in advance, dry the nut kernels in a frying pan or in the oven (to enhance the aroma), buy or bake tartlets yourself, and also, if necessary, remove the seeds from the prunes - the one that is too wrinkled and dry is placed in a bowl of water for a while. After this, the dried fruits will be filled with moisture and become fleshy.

Place the beet salad with prunes, nuts and garlic, already dressed with mayonnaise, into tartlets.

Walnuts - 30-50 g

Prunes - 8-10 pcs.
