Deviled eggs are a snack that is popular all over the world, and it has an incredible amount of fillings.

Chicken eggs - 5-6 pcs.
Lightly salted salmon - 100 g
Processed cheese - 100 g
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.
Capers - 1 tbsp.
Salt - optional
Pepper, h.m. - taste
Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Fresh herbs - for decoration

1. Put the chicken eggs to boil. After the water boils, cook for no longer than 10 minutes, cool, and peel. Cut each egg lengthwise into two halves.
2. Carefully separate the yolks, place them in a deep bowl, add broken processed cheese.
3. Chop the capers finely with a knife, place them in a bowl with the yolks, add mayonnaise, lemon juice and ground black pepper to taste. The filling needs to be mixed to a homogeneous paste; this can be easily done even with a fork. Now taste it, add salt if necessary, depending on the capers. By the way, if you are unlucky with the color of the yolks, do not rush to get upset, add a pinch of turmeric for a beautiful yellow color.
4. Transfer the filling to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
5. Generously fill each chicken egg white half with the prepared filling.
6. Cut the lightly salted salmon fillet into large cubes, place an egg in the center of each half, and garnish with a leaf of fresh herbs.
7. Serve stuffed eggs with lightly salted salmon on the holiday table as a cold appetizer.
