Ингредиенты
Onions – 300 g
Semolina – 3 tbsp.
Potatoes – 200 g
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Sunflower oil - for frying
Рецепт
1. Wash the potato tubers and boil in their skins until tender.
2. In the meantime, let's prepare the remaining ingredients. Peel the onion. Rinse in cold running water, dry with a paper towel. Cut into small pieces. There is no need to grind in a meat grinder or blender, as a lot of juice will be formed and our cutlets will look more like pancakes.
3. Peel the cooled potatoes. Grate on a coarse or medium grater.
4. Add chopped potatoes, semolina, ground black pepper and salt to the chopped onion. At this stage, you can add finely chopped herbs. Mix all the ingredients well; it is better to do this step with your hands, since the minced meat is difficult to knead with a spoon.
5. With slightly damp hands, take a small portion of the dough and form into a ball. It turns out 12-15 blanks.
6. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Place the workpieces. Fry the lean onion cutlets over moderate heat on all sides until golden brown.
7. Place the fried cutlets on a paper towel to remove excess oil, and you can serve immediately.
8. Bon appetit!
