The soup dressing includes celery and parsley (root and herbs), garlic, bell pepper, carrots, vinegar and hot pepper. We won't need to cook anything, so the vegetable dressing for the soup will be not only tasty, but also healthy.

Celery - 2 roots along with herbs
Parsley - 2-3 medium-sized roots along with herbs
Bell pepper - 2 kg
Carrots - 0.5 kg
Garlic - 150 g
Hot pepper - 1 pc.
Vinegar - 100 ml
Salt - 2 tbsp.
Parsley and celery - 200 g

1. Prepare all the ingredients: peel the roots, cut the bell pepper in half and remove the seeds, wash and dry the greens.
2. In order to make our preparation for the winter, we just need to pass all the ingredients through a meat grinder.
3. Season the green mass with vinegar, salt, taste and add more if necessary.
