Cruchon is an unfairly forgotten colorful drink, which is traditionally served at the festive table, enriched with mineral water, juice, and pieces of fruit. Somewhat similar to punch, cruchon comes in both non-alcoholic and alcoholic.

Basically, this is champagne, liqueurs, rum, etc., but since the year of the Fire Monkey is coming to us, we will prepare a cruchon from traditional champagne and, of course, bananas!

So that they do not have too much space in a wide dish, we will complement this fruit with several tangerines, since they are also associated with the New Year, and an apple.

You can fantasize and experiment by adding other fruits and adding a little liqueur, cognac, etc. to the champagne. The main thing is not to reduce the degree later!

To create the “Monkey Squeal” cup, we will take the following products. Rinse the apple in water and cool the champagne to a temperature of 8-10C.

Apple - 1 pc.

4. Carefully uncork a bottle of champagne and pour it over all the fruit slices.

5. Dip the glasses for serving the cruchon first in water and then deep in sugar so that New Year’s patterns remain on them, like on a window, and let dry slightly. First, pour pieces of fruit into them, and then pour in a ladle of sparkling wine and serve immediately. You can add a little fresh mint or cinnamon to the cup to taste.
