Chicken roll baked in the oven in foil is an excellent alternative to store-bought sausage. This roll is prepared simply and quickly.
It turns out juicy and tasty. Can be served warm with a side dish, or cold as a sandwich component or as an independent snack. The filling for the roll can be anything you like. It could be mushrooms, cheese, herbs or vegetables.

Chicken breast fillet - 800 g
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Dried basil, oregano, thyme - 1/2 tsp.
Salt, ground black pepper

1. Wash and dry the chicken fillet. Cut lengthwise into layers about 1 cm thick.
2. Place the fillet on a cutting board, cover with cling film and lightly pound on both sides.
3. Peel the garlic, wash it and chop it finely.
4. Spread two layers of foil on the table. Place chicken fillet overlapping. Make sure there are no empty spaces between the layers of fillet. Add salt to taste and sprinkle with ground black pepper.
5. Distribute the garlic evenly and sprinkle with dried herbs.
6. Using foil, form a tight roll.
7. Wrap the roll in 2-3 layers of foil so that the juice does not leak out of the roll during baking.
8. Bake the chicken roll in foil in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. Bon appetit!
