2. Clean the pelengas from scales, remove the entrails, do not forget about the black film inside the belly, cut out the gills. Salt the fish, pepper the outside and inside, sprinkle with fish seasoning, sprinkle with vinegar and oil. If the fish is large and long, cut it in half.
3. Line the pan with foil and add the pickled vegetables.
4. Place the pieces of fish on top of the vegetables, place the pan in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 40 minutes.
