A tasty and satisfying dish with tender meat. Foil allows the meat on the ribs to cook well and not burn. And the meat juice does not flow out, but saturates the meat from the inside.

To cook pork ribs in foil on the grill, collect all the necessary ingredients according to the list. Choose pork ribs that have more meat on them.

The marinade proportions are approximate. You can change them a little to your taste or replace some ingredient.

Cut the ribs into pieces that are convenient for you. I cook 2-4 ribs together in pieces.

Ингредиенты

Pork ribs - 1 kg

Soy sauce - 100 ml

Honey - 1 tbsp. l.

Mustard - 1 tsp.

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.

Salt, spices - to taste

1. To prepare the marinade, pour honey and soy sauce into a bowl. Use liquid honey so that it mixes well into the marinade.

2. Add a little mustard.

3. Pour in vegetable oil. Add salt and spices to taste. You can add aromatic dried herbs.

4. Coat the ribs with the resulting marinade and leave to marinate for 2-6 hours. You can leave it overnight.

5. To bake, thread the ribs onto skewers and wrap in foil.

6. Cook pork ribs in foil on the grill over hot coals for 10-15 minutes on each side. Turn them occasionally to ensure the meat cooks more evenly. Then remove the foil and keep the ribs on the grill for a few more minutes until they brown.

7. Serve the finished rosy ribs hot. Cut them into pieces.
