I bring to your attention my first experience in working with a Flomber gas burner. Before the New Year I managed to buy it.
So today I decided to try the simplest recipe. The work is not as difficult or scary as I thought. Therefore, creme brulee is in the future plans. So let's get started. I will be glad if this recipe is useful to someone.

Milk - 400 grams;
Dry vanilla pudding - 38 grams;
Squirrels - 2 pcs;
Sugar - 100 grams;
Salt is on the tip of the knife.

1. First, make the pudding. We take not 500 ml as usual, but 400 ml. I reduced it so that the pudding was creamy. I just stir it with cold milk and add sugar to taste (50 grams), put it on medium heat. Constantly stirring until it thickens.
2. Pour the finished pudding into bowls.
3. I covered the pudding with cling film to prevent it from getting crusty. And put it in the cold to cool.
4. When the pudding has cooled, beat the egg whites and add salt at the tip of a knife. When they are beaten, add sugar little by little, about 50-70 grams. Our whites should be whipped to stiff peaks. That is, when you take the spoon out of the whites, they should not drip.
5. Place the cream in a piping bag and squeeze onto the pudding. You can first fill the bowls and then make patterns. Of course you can make Italian and Swiss meringue. But I tried it with regular whipped egg whites.
6. Now let’s use this burner (Flamier). These burners are used to caramelize the sugary crust of crème brûlée, sear steaks or meringues, and melt cheese on toast—fairly common culinary tasks.
