Dorado baked with lemon, garlic and Provençal herbs is a delicious and incredibly aromatic dish that is suitable for both an everyday and a romantic dinner.
Ингредиенты
Dorado - 1 piece
Lemon - 3-4 slices
Garlic - 2 cloves
Olive oil - 1.5-2 tbsp.
Dried basil - 1/4 tsp.
Dried thyme - 1/4 tsp.
Salt - to taste

1. Clean the fish from scales and carefully, being careful not to damage the gallbladder, gut it. Use kitchen scissors to cut off the fins and remove the gills. Wash the fish and dry with paper napkins. Using a sharp knife, make 3-4 shallow longitudinal cuts.
2. Peel the garlic and crush it with the blunt side of a knife.
3. Combine olive oil, garlic and dried herbs in a bowl. Stir.
4. Salt the fish to taste and brush with aromatic oil on all sides. Leave for 15-20 minutes.
5. Slice the lemon thinly.
6. Fill the cuts on the fish with lemon slices.
7. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, place the prepared fish and bake in an oven preheated to 200-210 degrees for about 20 minutes. Bon appetit!
