Arabic pita with chicken and vegetables is a healthy, tasty, easy to prepare dish and, oddly enough, is also considered fast food. But fast food is not always completely bad. This recipe is proof of that!
To prepare pita with chicken and vegetables, prepare the ingredients according to the list. Yogurt can be replaced with sour cream, you can bake pitas yourself - there are several pita recipes on the site, you can take any vegetables, as long as they are juicy and fresh.

Pita - 3 pcs.
Bell pepper - 1 pc.
Iceberg salad - 150 g
Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
Chicken fillet - 400 g
Marinade:
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Ground paprika - 1 pinch (optional)
Sauce:
Yogurt - 4 tbsp.
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt and pepper - to taste
Curry powder - on the tip of a knife (optional)

1. Chicken fillet should be cut lengthwise into two or three plates (depending on the original thickness of the chicken fillet). Now let's prepare the marinade for the fillet - from soy sauce, olive oil, salt, ground black pepper and a pinch of ground paprika (optional).
2. Using your hands, mix the marinade well with the pieces of chicken fillet until it is completely covered with the marinade. Leave the meat to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
3. Cut the pitas in half and immediately open them like pockets.
4. Prepare the vegetables that we will use. I have fresh cucumber, bell pepper and Iceberg lettuce. Cut the cucumber into slices. Finely chop the salad, cut the bell pepper into strips.
5. Place a few slices of cucumber into half of the pita.
6. Place the grill pan on the fire and heat it up to maximum heat. Fry the pieces of chicken fillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, the fillet cooks very quickly - perhaps a couple of minutes is enough if you cut it into very thin slices.
7. Cut the finished fillet into small strips and literally place 3-4 strips of meat in the pita.
8. Prepare the pita sauce. To do this, combine unsweetened yogurt, salt, pepper, curry powder on the tip of a knife in a bowl and squeeze out the juice of half a lemon. Mix the sauce well.
9. Add a little sauce to the pita.
10. At the very end, add some lettuce and bell pepper.
11. Fill all pita halves with filling. Place the prepared Arabic pitas with chicken and vegetables on a dish and serve with fresh herbs, sauce, and lemon.
