It's very easy to prepare. This pate can be served with baguette, saltine crackers, pancakes, tartlets, scones. How delicious sandwiches with this pate turn out! Butter and boiled egg give the pate tenderness, and walnuts give it a piquant taste.

Ингредиенты

Champignons – 500 g

Onions – 2 pcs. (medium size)

Butter – 240 g

Walnuts – 40 g

Cognac – 2 tbsp.

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Boiled egg – 2 pcs.

Рецепт

1. Prepare the ingredients according to the list.

2. Wash the champignons and cut them into slices.

3. Cut the onions into cubes.

4. Melt half the butter in a frying pan, add chopped onions and simmer over low heat until soft.

5. Then add champignons to the pan, salt and pepper to taste.

6. Simmer the mushrooms for about 15 minutes. Let the champignons cool completely.

7. I chop the walnuts a little with a knife.

8. I cut the boiled eggs into cubes.

9. Combine mushrooms with onions, remaining butter, cognac, chopped egg and walnuts.

10. Using a blender, grind the ingredients until a soft, homogeneous and fluffy mass is formed. I try to see if there is enough salt in the pate; if necessary, I add more salt. I transfer the champignon pate with walnuts into a jar and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
