Delicious refreshing cocktail with citruses and dark rum.
The “Plantator” cocktail is often found under the names “Plantator Punch Cocktail”, “Plantator Punch”, “PlantatorA Punch”. It is associated with Jamaica and is classified as rum. As often happens, a low-alcohol drink has several varieties: with soda, liqueurs, sweet syrups, bitters, tropical fruits. I will show you the simplest, tasty and refreshing option, moderately strong and not requiring special bartender equipment.

Dark rum - 40 ml
Orange juice - 30 ml
Lemon juice - 20 ml
Ice - 7-8 cubes
Cocktail cherry, mint, orange and lemon slices - for decoration

1. In addition to dark rum, citrus juice is added to the cocktail. Of course, it is better to squeeze out the natural one. One serving contains 30 ml of orange.
2. Another 20 ml - lemon.
3. Measure out 40 ml of dark rum.
4. We also stock up on 7-8 ice cubes (per glass), a couple of slices or circles of lemon and orange, a sprig of mint, and a cocktail cherry.
5. Place citrus pieces and ice into a glass, pour in dark rum first, then lemon + orange juice.
6. Decorate with mint and cherries. Serve the Plantator rum cocktail without delay, optionally with a straw.
