Ингредиенты
Avocado (ripe) – 2 pcs.
Lemon juice – 0.25-0.5 pcs. (taste)
Garlic - 1-2 cloves
Green onions – 2-3 stalks
Salt - to taste
Ground chili pepper - to taste
Olive oil – 3 tbsp.
Drinking water – 1-3 tbsp. (taste)
Рецепт
1. Peel ripe avocados and remove seeds. Chop the garlic cloves and green onions.
2. Place the prepared ingredients in a blender bowl (or mortar). Add 1-2 tbsp. drinking water and grind for 1 minute until the mass becomes homogeneous.
3. Add 3 tbsp. olive oil and lemon juice to taste.
4. Beat the ingredients for a few more seconds until the mixture is homogeneous and smooth. If necessary, you can adjust the thickness of the paste to your taste by adding more water and/or vegetable oil.
5. Add salt and ground red pepper to taste, and mix everything well again.
6. The pasta can be served immediately or cooled slightly beforehand by placing it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
7. Avocado paste is ready. It is believed that the healthiest snack is immediately after preparation, since during storage the vitamin content in it gradually decreases. However, if necessary, the paste can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days in an airtight container.
