In the old days, when preparing meat dishes, much attention was paid to the heat of the stove. This is how modern chefs act. It is recommended to cook meat over low heat, simmer over medium heat, and fry over high heat. The crust formed during frying retains the juice and gives the dish an appetizing appearance.

Our dish today will go through two stages: frying and stewing. I would like to offer a delicious recipe for pork meat fingers with mushrooms. First, let's fry the mushroom filling, and then fry and stew our fingers with the filling.

Pork pulp - 700 g

Champignon mushrooms - 300 g

Onion - 1 head

Garlic - 1 clove

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Breadcrumbs - 100 g

Wheat flour - 100 g

Pepper mixture - to taste

1. First, let's prepare the filling for the fingers. Cut the champignons into slices. Fry in oil with the addition of onions and chopped garlic. Lightly salt during frying. Cooking time for the filling is no more than 7 minutes. The mushrooms should not become dry.

2. Cut the pork into elongated rectangles. Let's beat it into wide ribbons. Season with salt and pepper - 2 pinches of salt and 1 pinch of pepper on each side.

3. Divide the ribbons into two parts. Place the mushroom filling at the base.

4. Wrap it with a roll, but do not forget to press the edges on the right and left, like stuffed pancakes.

5. This is how I got the meat fingers.

6. We bathe the rolls on all sides in a beaten chicken egg. The egg acts in our case as glue.

7. Roll in breadcrumbs and flour. And press it well with our palms.

8. Fry in vegetable oil in a heated frying pan.

9. Fry the fingers in a circle - 1 minute on each side.

10. Reduce heat to low. Let's finish cooking the fingers under the lid. Simmering time is about 30-40 minutes.
