A very simple and delicious dessert based on Patissier cream with nuts. It is prepared quickly and will be a godsend for any holiday. But especially on New Year’s Day, when after rich feasts you no longer want cake or pastries. The amount of ingredients is designed for two large servings. You can easily do three.

The amount of ingredients is designed for two large servings. You can easily do three. To prepare this dessert we take: milk, sugar, vanillin, flour, eggs, chocolate, nuts.
Ингредиенты
Milk - 500 ml;
Chicken egg - 3 pieces;
Sugar - 100 grams;
Vanillin - 2 pinches;
Flour - 3 tablespoons;
Chocolate - 20 grams;
Walnuts - 50 grams.
Рецепт
1. Prepare the cream. Place the pan with milk on the fire.
2. Separate the yolks from the eggs; the latter will not be needed here.
3. Add sugar to the yolks and mix.
4. Then put in the flour and pour in a little milk.
5. Mix thoroughly. Our goal is to obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
6. Pour the resulting mixture into boiling milk. Stirring constantly, bring the cream until thick. It will take a few minutes.
7. Divide the cream into two parts. We put vanillin in one and chocolate in the other.
8. Cool both creams and assemble the dessert. Place light and dark cream alternately in a wide glass or glass, layering with chopped nuts.
9. Decorate with chocolate and nuts on top.
