Ингредиенты

Peeled apples - 350 g

Water - 300 ml

Sugar - 3 tbsp.

Semolina - 2 tbsp.

Cinnamon - 1 tsp.

1. First, wash the apples, peel them, cut them into 4 pieces, and remove the core.

2. Next, cut into small pieces.

3. Place the apple slices in a thick-bottomed saucepan.

4. Add sugar.

Advice! If the apples are sweet, reduce the amount of sand or completely abandon it.

5. Then add cinnamon. If you don't like it or doubt that your baby will like it, you don't have to put it in.

6. Pour in water, place over medium heat and simmer, stirring, until soft, about 7-10 minutes, depending on the type of apple.

7. Grind into a homogeneous mass; no need to cool.

8. Add semolina and cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes, remember to stir so it doesn’t burn.

9. Cool completely until cold, beat with a blender until white fluffy mass.

10. Pour into bowls, decorate with any fruits and berries of your choice.
