An easy to prepare, tasty and healthy version of turkey fillet meat appetizer with scrambled eggs, spinach and mozzarella balls inside.

Prepare the necessary ingredients for the turkey wrap with spinach and omelet. Wash and dry the fillet. Rinse the spinach also under running water, but each leaf separately. Cut off the stems, they are fibrous.

Ингредиенты

Turkey fillet - 350 g

Spinach - 40 g

Mozzarella - 120 g

Salt - to taste

Pepper, h.m. - taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

1. Cut the fillet on one side, open it like a book, cover with cling film, and beat it thinly.

2. Beat a large chicken egg. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, pour in the egg, fry on both sides until cooked.

3. Spread the cooled omelet over the turkey fillet.

4. Pour boiling water over the spinach, keep on low heat for about a minute, drain in a colander, and let the water drain completely.

5. Place a layer of spinach leaves on top of the omelette and place mozzarella in the middle. Roll the turkey into a log and tie with string.

6. Lightly grease the frying pan with vegetable oil, place the roll in it, fry on all sides until slightly golden brown. Don't forget about the ends either. If the frying pan has an iron handle, place it together with the roll in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 50-60 minutes, depending on the thickness of the roll.

7. Turkey roll with spinach and omelet is ready. Remove the threads, cut the roll into portions and serve as a separate dish or a hot meat appetizer.
