To prepare gazpacho with cod liver, prepare the ingredients according to the list. Wash the vegetables, dry them, drain the oil from the cod liver. Cut the crusts off the baguette, cut the baguette into cubes, dry in the oven until it becomes croutons.

1. Peel the pepper from seeds and stalks, cut the cucumber, tomatoes and celery into large pieces, transfer the vegetables to a blender.

2. Season the vegetables with olive oil, hot sauce or pepper, lemon juice, salt, ground black pepper, and if desired, you can add a clove of garlic.

3. Blend the contents of the blender until smooth, taste, and adjust to your taste. Place the finished gazpacho in the refrigerator and leave for 30 minutes before serving.

4. Pour the prepared gazpacho into plates, place cod liver cut into large pieces into each serving, sprinkle with croutons, and pour a little olive oil.

5. Serve gazpacho with cod liver, garnished with a sprig of fresh herbs.
