Lavash roll with canned fish

Juicy and tender roll made from pita bread, canned fish, processed cheese, boiled egg and Chinese cabbage. Simple, fast and delicious!
Lavash roll is a great appetizer for a picnic or snack. It cooks quickly, and the end result is a tasty and satisfying dish. No matter what filling they prepare it with! In this recipe, canned fish goes well with melted cream cheese and a boiled egg. Peking cabbage gives it juiciness. Thanks to the juiciness of the filling, the lavash becomes incredibly tender.
Ингредиенты
Canned fish (I used minced salmon) – 1 can (240 g)
Thin lavash – 2 pcs.
Leaf lettuce – 1 pc.
Egg – 2 pcs.
Processed cheese – 2 pcs. (80 g each)
Chinese cabbage – 100 g
Garlic – 3 cloves
Mayonnaise – 80 g

1. To prepare a pita roll with canned fish, I prepare the ingredients according to the list.
2. Place the cheeses in the freezer for 15 minutes, then grate them on a medium grater.
3. Combine mayonnaise in a cup with chopped peeled garlic.
4. Stir the sauce.
5. Finely chop the Beijing cabbage.
6. Boil the eggs hard, peel them, grate them on a medium grater.
7. I open the canned fish, put it in a bowl and chop it with a fork. If I use canned fish in which the fish is cut into pieces, I first remove large bones.
8. Grease one pita bread with 1/2 part of mayonnaise.
9. Sprinkle with grated cheese and 1/2 of the chopped cabbage.
10. Cover with the second pita bread, slightly press them together, grease the top sheet with mayonnaise.
11. Then I sprinkle with minced fish...
12... grated eggs and remaining cabbage.
13. I roll it up, tightly pressing two pita breads with filling.
14. I wrap the roll completely in film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour or two.
15. I lay out the dish with lettuce leaves.
16. Remove the film from the roll, cut it into pieces about 2.5 cm wide, and place it on a dish.
