Dietary cottage cheese casserole

I propose to prepare a light and dietary cottage cheese casserole, compared to others.
After studying many recipes on the Internet, I chose the most gentle recipe that did not contain a lot of eggs, butter and sugar. The casserole turns out light, similar to a porous sponge cake. For an even lighter option, you can take low-fat cottage cheese - 0%. For my taste, there is not enough sugar in the recipe, I added 3 tablespoons instead of 2 spoons, it turned out delicious. I advise you to try it.
Ингредиенты
Cottage cheese - 450 grams;
Eggs - 2 pcs;
Kefir - 100 ml;
Semolina - 90 grams;
Sugar - 2 tbsp;
Salt - 1 pinch;
Vanillin;
Soda - 0.5 tsp;
Dried cranberries - 1 handful.
Рецепт
1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve for a more uniform structure.
2. Add salt, soda, vanillin, semolina and kefir.
3. Beat eggs with sugar and combine with curd mass.
4. Mix everything until smooth and leave for 20 minutes for the semolina to swell.
5. Then add dried cranberries or raisins if desired. Place the dough in a baking dish and place in a preheated oven (170-180 degrees) for 35-40 minutes.
6. The casserole should become golden and rise slightly. Remove it from the oven and cool completely. It will settle down a little.
7. Remove the casserole from the pan, turning it over onto a plate. You can cut it and try it.
8. You can serve dietary cottage cheese casserole with jelly, berry sauce, jam, and sour cream.
