Cabbage salads are a godsend for housewives. Fast, tasty, profitable.
I want to share with you a recipe for cabbage salad with marinade. The whole “juice” in this salad is that it is “two in one”. If you serve it right away, it will taste the same, but if it sits for at least half an hour, the taste will be different.
Ингредиенты
Basics:
White cabbage - 500 g
Carrots - 1 pc.
Onions - 0.5 pcs.
Sweet bell pepper - 0.5 pcs.
Greens - to taste
Marinade:
Refined sunflower oil - 70 ml
Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Vinegar - 1 tsp.
Water - 0.5 tbsp.
Garlic powder - 1 tsp.
Sweet ground smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
Рецепт
1. Shred the cabbage thinly, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the peppers and onions into half rings.
2. Mix granulated garlic, paprika, vinegar, salt, sugar, water in a separate bowl. Stir until all ingredients are combined.
3. Place the resulting mixture in a bowl with vegetables.
4. In a ladle, heat the sunflower oil until hot and pour it hot into a bowl with vegetables.
5. Mix. Add chopped greens. Well, then - serve either right there or let it brew for 30 minutes.
