To prepare an omelette roll, I suggest baking a pancake-thin omelette, sprinkle it with cheese, herbs, add slices of fresh or sun-dried tomatoes and roll it up.

Water - 2 tbsp. spoons;
Cheese - 1 tbsp. spoon;
Sun-dried or fresh tomatoes - to taste;
Salt - to taste;
Fresh herbs - to taste;
Vegetable oil - for frying.

1. I’ll stick to the option with sun-dried tomatoes, which you can make yourself, and Parmesan cheese.
2. Grate the cheese.
3. Mix each egg with one tablespoon of cold water, add a little salt.
4. Pour the egg mixture into a hot frying pan and spread it thinly over the surface.
5. Reduce heat to medium.
Immediately sprinkle with cheese, herbs and tomato slices: evenly over the entire surface or in sectors.
Close the lid and the surface of the omelette will set in a matter of minutes.
6. Roll the omelette into a roll.
7. Do the same with the second egg.
8. Cut the cheese omelette roll into pieces and serve.
