The soufflé is not subject to heat treatment, so to prepare the dessert you need to take only fresh eggs. To prepare a cottage cheese soufflé, take cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, milk, instant gelatin and egg whites.

Egg whites - 2 pcs.

Sugar - 150 g

Cottage cheese - 200 g

Sour cream - 200 g

Milk - 100 ml

Instant gelatin - 15 g

1. First, prepare the gelatin. Stir it in cold milk and leave to swell for 5 minutes.

2. Beat egg whites with sugar using a mixer.

3. Add sour cream and cottage cheese to the whipped whites. Stir.

4. Heat the gelatin in the microwave or in a water bath and mix thoroughly until the grains dissolve.

5. Continuing to beat the curd mass, add gelatin.

6. Place the soufflé in bowls or glasses.

7. Or you can fill silicone molds. Place the soufflé in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours until set.

8. Before serving, take the soufflé out of the molds.

9. Sprinkle the soufflé in glasses with cocoa, nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
