Sinabon buns with chocolate

Synabons are really high-calorie bombs, but very, very tasty!

I recommend them with chocolate filling. You can also try to cook them with cinnamon, nuts and other fillings. These buns got their name from the world's largest chain of coffee shops Cinnabon, where they are the main dish and are prepared with cinnamon, cream cheese and other toppings.

Ингредиенты

For test:

flour - 2-2.5 cups

milk - 100 ml.

egg - 1-2 pcs.

sugar - 2 tbsp.

dry yeast - 1.5 tsp

margarine or vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

salt - 1 pinch.

For filling:

sugar (regular or demerara) - 4 tbsp.

cocoa - 2 tbsp

butter - 50 g.

For glaze:

butter - 2 tbsp.

mascarpone - 3-4 tbsp.

powdered sugar - 4-5 tbsp. l.

Рецепт

1. Combine warm milk, stirred egg, margarine or vegetable oil, sugar, salt and flour with yeast and knead the dough by hand or using household appliances.

2. When using dry fast rising yeast, the dough after two rises and one punch in between will be ready to bake in about 40-50 minutes.

3. For the filling, combine and mix cocoa and sugar (demerara).

4. Roll out the dough into a layer about 1 cm thick, grease it with melted butter.

5. Sprinkle the filling evenly.

6. Roll up.

7. Cut the roll into pieces, place them upside down on a baking sheet, let stand for 15 minutes and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

8. For the glaze, beat the mascarpone with the butter and powdered sugar.

9. Hot buns, spread with icing.

10. Sinabon buns are ready.
