Chicken fillet - 250g
Broccoli - 100g
Cauliflower - 100g
Olive oil - 1 tbsp. l = 17g
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Vegetables - optional

1. Wash and dry the meat. Wash vegetables. Get your blender ready.
2. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Put into blender bowl. Throw in the broccoli and cauliflower. Grind all the ingredients to the consistency of minced meat. Add salt and spices to taste.
3. Form cutlets. Heat up a skillet with oil. Fry the cutlets for 4-5 minutes on each side.
4. Serve the cutlets with your favorite side dish and fresh vegetable salad.
