Pink salmon is a type of red fish and everyone knows that it itself is a bit dry. Therefore, I suggest preparing it in sour cream, with potatoes, onions and delicious spices. Baking time depends on the readiness of the potatoes.

Pink salmon fillet - 300 g
Potatoes - 400 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
Sweet chili sauce - 1 tbsp.
Hard cheese - 2 tbsp.
Sour cream - 2 tbsp.

Chili pepper - 1 piece

1. Cut pink salmon fillet into pieces, brush with sweet chili, sprinkle with fish spices, pour over soy sauce and leave to marinate for half an hour.
2. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin half rings.
3. Chop the onion in the same way.
4. Grease a baking dish with oil, lay out pieces of pink salmon. Sprinkle finely chopped chili peppers on top. Just in case, I lined the bottom with parchment.
5. Then lay out the chopped onions, grease the surface with sour cream. Add salt.
6. Then spread a layer of potatoes, sprinkle with spices and grease with sour cream again. You can make several layers of potatoes, depending on the size of the mold. Place in a preheated oven (190 grams) for 30 minutes. From time to time check the readiness of the potatoes by piercing them with a knife.
7. Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle with cheese. Place the pan back in the oven until golden brown.
8. Serve, cutting into pieces while everything is hot.
